The LA Chargers seem to get their guy in Herbert who actually lost value by staying in college. Herbert is big and athletic with a bonafide cannon of an arm. He has some great weapons around him but will need to be able to work through his progressions faster to see any NFL success. He tends to tuck and run too often and that will not work in the big leagues. Upside is there, so we will see if the coaches earn their paychecks.
