Welcome back Picklers! Back by popular demand, the Continental Pickleball league returns for its second rendition of fast pace fun with America’s fastest growing competitive sport. The CPL returns bigger than ever with two expansion franchises on board with Matt and Renee Miller and the soon-to-be Weisenburger’s, Curtis and Rose, joining the Original 12 teams from 2020. They will join the other couples looking to dethrone Scott and Stephanie Keck as league champions.
Also making her triumphant return and fresh off of birthing 2 human beings, Dawn rejoins Neil for Team Horstman as they seek a return to the championship round. Not one to ever break a promise, Mark will be joined by Jessica Vennekotter this year on Team Van Ham (dubbed Van Vennekotter in the schedule below) as his wife, Kelly awaits the arrival of their 3rd little one! Mark original ploy to procure Allison Schmidt as his partner was foiled when Nathan and Allison were revealed to be expecting the 3rd child of their own as well this fall.
All other teams return in tact with another year of experience under the belts as we look forward to an even more competitive year this year! If any issues on the schedule arise, feel free to reach out and we will work around it. Although the competitiveness sneaks out, this is after all, about friendship and fellowship!
